Descend into Hades! but fear not! for you are not dead, and this is just a tour. Your guides, Hermes the Messenger God, Aeacus the Judge of the Dead, and best of all your instructors Anastasia Han and Raphael Turrigiano, will lead you below, teaching you the ancient myths that form the foundation of Greek literature.
This 10-week course (each lesson 90 minutes) will take you from zero knowledge of Ancient Greek to the acquisition of basic reading skills.
This course is for anyone who wants to try to learn Ancient Greek for the first time, or has begun to learn Ancient Greek and would enjoy the reinforcement of the classroom environment along with the guidance of teachers who love the language and want you to love it too.
The course runs for 10 lessons, 90 min each.
There are two sessions from which you can choose:
Every Monday, 6am ET / 12 noon CET, October 13 to December 15
OR
Wednesday, 9:30am ET / 3:30pm CET October 15 to December 17, conducted via Zoom.
Course price: $225.
The class size will be capped at 6 students.
